Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
Bank Transfer / Online Payment for selected orders

Our standard delivery timeline within Pakistan is:
Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities: 3–6 business days
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. International shipping will be launched soon and announced on Instagram: @sein_clothing
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can contact support anytime for updates.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, changes are not possible. To request a change, message us immediately on WhatsApp.
7. What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges if:
The product is unused
Tags are intact
The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
Customer will be responsible for return courier charges. (Your full Refund/Exchange Policy page will explain this in detail.)
8. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available if:
You receive a wrong or defective item
The product is out of stock after payment
Otherwise, we offer exchanges only.
9. What sizes do you offer?
Our standard sizes are XS, S, M, L, XL. Size charts are included on each product page. If you need help selecting size, WhatsApp us for guidance.
10. Are your products stitched or unstitched?
SEIN offers stitched, ready-to-wear clothing. Category-specific details will be listed on the product pages.
11. Do you restock sold-out items?
Restocks depend on the collection. Some pieces are limited editions and won’t return. Follow our Instagram for restock alerts.
