1. eligibility for exchange

We offer exchanges only, not returns or refunds, except in specific cases listed later.

You may request an exchange if:

The product is unused
All tags and packaging are intact
The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
The item is not part of a sale, discount, or limited-edition drop
The item is not washed, worn, altered, or damaged

Items that cannot be exchanged:

Sale / discounted items
Items bought during special promotions
Fragrances, accessories, or intimates
Custom-sized clothing
Items damaged due to customer handling

2. exchange process

To start an exchange:

Provide:

Order Number
Product Name
Reason for exchange
Photos (if needed)

Once approved, you must send the product back using any courier of your choice.

Customer is responsible for return courier charges, unless the item delivered was wrong or defective.

After receiving the parcel:

We inspect the item (24–48 hours)
If approved, a replacement or store credit is issued

Important: Exchange availability depends on stock.

3. wrong or defective item policy

If you receive:

A wrong item
A damaged item
A defective product

You are eligible for:

Free exchange (SEIN pays return courier)
OR full refund if replacement is unavailable

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

4. refunds (limited cases only)

Refunds are only applicable if:

You received a defective item
You received an incorrect product
The product became out of stock after payment
You were charged but the order never processed

Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind
Wrong size ordered by customer
Color differences due to lighting/screen settings
Late reporting of issues

Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 3–7 working days.

Due to:

Device screen variations
Studio lighting
Natural fabric texture

Slight differences in color or fabric appearance do not qualify as defects.

Every product image on SEIN is true to design, but minor variation is normal and accepted across the fashion industry.

6. courier delays & delivery issues

SEIN is not responsible for:

Courier delays
Customer unavailability
Incorrect delivery addresses
Returned parcels due to wrong information

If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer must pay re-shipping charges.

7. order cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

The return address will be shared by our support team upon initiating the exchange request.
